Your plastic surgeon has you return to the office within a couple of days after your surgery to assess the healing. It may take 2-4 weeks for you to recover from your nose surgery. During your recovery period, your surgeon may recommend you avoid strenuous activity. 

Though you may see improvements within a few months following your surgery, it can take up to a year for the swelling to fully subside and for you to see the final outcome.
